The Middlesex High School JV Lady Charger softball team defeated the visiting Lancaster JV team, 19-4, on Friday, March 21.
JV Lady Charger Riley Depping pitched the entire game with four strike outs. Catcher Anaiya Billups thew out a Lancaster runner trying to steal third base where Jordyn Williams applied the tag to end the game.
The JV Lady Chargers are scheduled to play Essex today, Thursday, March 27, at Dream Fields near Kilmarnock, and meet New Kent at Dream Fields on Saturday, March 29, at 4 p.m.
