The Middlesex Volunteer Fire Department’s (MVFD) annual all-you-care-to-eat oyster roast and dinner is set for 5-7:30 p.m. Saturday, March 15, at the Urbanna firehouse at 335 Virginia St., Urbanna.
The meal will feature fried and steamed oysters and oyster stew. String beans, au gratin potatoes and hot dogs will also be on the menu. The cost is $30 per person for adults and free for children 12 years and younger. Beer will be available for $3 each and sodas are $1.
No advance ticket purchase is necessary, and you pay at the door. Credit cards will be accepted.
The annual fundraiser is sponsored by CLAS Corporation of Saluda, and Mike’s Custom Golf Carts of Urbanna.
