Siblings Cooper Rosenthal, 4, and Carsyn Rosenthal, 2, visitors from Maryland, celebrate the three-plus inches of snowfall Tuesday while visiting their Gigi and Pappaw (grandparents Crystal and Scott Wiles) in Locust Hill.
The pair sport makeshift snowshoes created using shopping bags tied over their feet, which added some protection as they worked amid the wintry mix building “Olaf” (right), a snowman figure inspired by the movie “Frozen.”
