The family of Freddie W. Bagby Sr., 78, who passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2025, in Florida, will have a memorial service for him on Saturday Feb. 22 at 2 p.m.
The memorial will be conducted at Make-A-Way and Deliverance Full Gospel Baptist Church at 100 Flats Road in Urbanna.
