Middlesex’s Cameron Lambert to run cross country at VMI

Middlesex High School senior Cameron Lambert signed a letter of intent with VMI on Thursday.

Lambert finished seventh in the Virginia Class 1 cross country meet at Virginia Tech this cross country season with a blazing time of 17:01. He was named to the 2024 Class 1 All-state cross country team.
