29th Urbanna Hometown Christmas Parade winners named

The 29th Urbanna Hometown Christmas Parade on Saturday, Dec. 7, had 40 entries.

The winning entries were chosen by a panel of judges who are not from Urbanna.

The winners are listed first and followed by second place. First and second place certificates can be picked up at the Urbanna Town Hall.

Winners include:
