Urbanna’s Hometown Christmas Parade is this Saturday

The Urbanna Hometown Christmas Parade is set for 7 p.m. this Saturday, Dec. 7.

It starts at the Waverly Commons parking lot, then proceeds east on Virginia Street, left on Grace Street, right on Bonner Street, left on Rappahannock Avenue, right on Marston Avenue, right on Cross Street and right on Virginia Street with judging in front of Urbanna Market.

Awards will be presented at the Urbanna firehouse. The parade highlights a day filled with Christmas-themed celebrations at various Urbanna sites, including a 1 p.m. prize-filled fun pet show in Taber Park.
