Da’Jour Smith, 33, of Urbanna, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2024. He was affectionately known as “Day Day” by family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife, Kristin Smith; his children, Zha’Neiyah, Jasper, Kayden, Ka’Riah and Ka’Laina Smith; his parents, Chiquita “Chee Chee” Smith and Ernest “Kookie” Lipscomb III; his siblings, Jodeci Smith and Chiquita “Ke Ke” Cooke; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws and friends.
The funeral service was conducted Sunday, Sept. 29 at Union Shiloh Baptist Church, Laneview. The interment was in Mount Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Church View.
