Billy Jean Phillips Saintsing, 56, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2024, at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, N.C.
She was born March 23, 1968, in Springfield, Pa., to the late William Henry Phillips and Eva Deloris Decker Phillips.
She was a resident of Middlesex County, where her parents resided for about eight years. She then moved to Thomasville, N.C., where she met and married Mark Saintsing on June 5, 1992.
She had a love for all animals and the little things in life; and had the kindest of heart.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Mark Saintsing; daughter, Laura Saintsing; and four grandchildren, John and Eva Jarrett, Brian and William Fitch. Also surviving are an older sister, Terry Bromley and her husband David Bromley of Urbanna,; three nephews; two nieces; many cousins; and so many more family and friends.
A celebration of life is planned for noon Oct. 12 at her sister’s home, 2694 Burch Mill Road, Urbanna.
