Local volunteer recognized by President Biden

The Stay Strong Loving Club of Middlesex County celebrates with Pamela Page as she shows off her Presidential Volunteer Lifetime Award certificate that she received recently from President Joe Biden. Pamela Page has volunteered for many years and helped many elderly people, individuals that are homebound, the sick and anyone experiencing difficult health challenges.

She has transported them to appointments, cleaned their homes, assisted with medication and even sit with those that needed company.

The mission of the Stay Strong Loving Club is to support and celebrate individuals in the community that strive to make life better for others. The club was proud to see Page receive such a wonderful award. She has given of herself for so many years to help those unable to help themselves and never asked for anything in return.

The Presidential Volunteer Lifetime Award

The President’s Volunteer Service Award recognizes, honors, and celebrates citizens who make a positive impact as engaged and profoundly committed volunteers. The Award enables community organizations to express their appreciation for their most devoted volunteers alongside the President of the United States.
