The Middlesex County Parks and Recreation Department (MCPR) will offer a volleyball camp on July 15-19 from 9-11 a.m. in Middlesex High School’s John S. Clements Memorial Gymnasium in Saluda.
The program is for fifth-ninth grade girls, who will be taught basic skills of volleyball to better help prepare them for volleyball teams in the future, said MCPR Director Karen Reed.
“Previous players and coaches will be teaching the girls the basics of passing, setting, hitting and serving,” said Reed. The cost is $50 and girls will receive camp T-shirts.
