The 2024 season is off to a good start for the Deltaville Deltas as they opened the season with a pair of decisive wins.

On opening night, May 25, they used 16 hits to muscle their way past the Southside Washers by the score of 14-4, and last Saturday used seven hits to take advantage of three defensive errors en route to an 11-1 victory over the Richmond River Dogs.

The Deltas hit the road on Wednesday, June 5, for their first away game of the year against the Tappahannock Tides, and return home this Saturday for a matchup against perennial rival, the Richmond Brewers. First pitch at Deltaville Ballpark is at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
