NOTICE – Department of Planning: 13A-Resort Manufactured Home Community

Ordinance Amendment 2024-01, submitted by Mr. Leonard Powell, which proposed to add Article 13A-Resort Manufactured Home Community (RMHC) to the Middlesex County Zoning Ordinance, has been withdrawn by the Applicant. Therefore, this application will not be considered on June 4^th, 2024, during the 7:00 pm session as advertised.
