Join the Middlesex County Museum and Historical Society on Sunday May 19, from 2 to 4 p.m. at historic Millmont on the Rappahannock River for our spring fundraiser. Step into a world of elegance and enchantment at our upcoming garden party extravaganza! We cordially invite you to join us for an unforgettable afternoon filled with sensory delights, set amidst the breathtaking beauty of Millmont located on the Rappahannock River.
The home is located atop a gently sloping hill along the southern shore of the Rappahannock River with sweeping views up the river and of the Chesapeake Bay. The half house, built in 1810, features heart pine floors, hand hewn beams and additions from the 1940s and 1994.
Proceeds from the ticket sales will support the museum in its mission of education, through programming and exhibits, of the county and its vast history.
Tickets are $75 and can be ordered on our website at middlesexmuseum.com, or emailing the museum at info@middlesexmuseum.com. Tickets purchased after May 14 will be $85. Millmont is located at 987 Mill Wharf Road in Wake.
