Holly Nicole Oliver, 27, of Gloucester, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024, at Riverside Walter Reed Hospital, with her family by her side.
She was a commercial bidder for Hudgins Contracting in Hampton and was also a member of Severn Church.
Holly was preceded in death by her grandparents, Harry Eagle, Mary Eagle, and Daniel Oliver.
She is survived by her father, Timothy Oliver (Sherry); her fiancé, Josh Brown; her siblings, Jessie Brittany, Wesley Hyatt, Christie Snow (Shaun), and Susan Hyatt (Christopher Robb); her grandmother, Dorothy Oliver; aunts, Pam Black (Kevin), Tammy Johnson (Scott), Marie Croxton (and the late Bobby), and Tracy Burke (Jimmy); and step-grandparents Charles and Jean Crabtree. She is also survived by her nephews, Camden Snow, Tucker Robb, and Liam Robb; niece, Delany Britton; and her fur babies, Bart and Ellie.
The family received friends at Severn Church, located at 9066 Robins Neck Road, Gloucester, on Thursday, March 28 from 10 to 11:30 a.m., followed by a celebration of life service, officiated by Pastor Bill West, which began at noon. The interment was private.

The services were under the direction of Hogg Funeral Home and Crematory.
