Christ Church Parish (Episcopal) welcomed members of Scouts BSA Troop 341 and their families to a service on Feb. 11 in recognition of the contributions of young people and adults to Scouting. Several Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts were chosen by Scout leaders to serve as ushers and readers. After the service the Scouts and their families, Troop 341 leaders, and parishioners enjoyed refreshments, some church members reflecting on their own memorable experiences with scouting in their younger years.
