On Feb. 7, the Middlesex Planning Commission approved a site plan for a Dollar General store proposed for Topping at 2022 Greys Point Road (Route 3) at the intersection of Dirt Bridge Road.
The site plan for the 10,640 square foot Dollar General shows access will be from Dirt Bridge Road, which the store will face.
The 76-foot by 140-foot store will be built on a 2.6-acre site that is between a vacant beige house and Dirt Bridge Road.
Plans state that the store will connect to the Middlesex Water Authority water system and wastewater will be treated by an on-site system.
