The Fellowship Hall of Christ Church Parish (Episcopal) was transformed recently into a lively robot car assembly and road test area by some very talented 12- to 15-year-old girls and boys from Middlesex County. Adult mentors from the church Tech Team and Middlesex County Rotary Club stood by to assist.
Enthusiastic feedback from the youngsters and their families was clear evidence that the day was a new eye-opening experience as well as lots of fun. A repeat offering is likely at some future date with additional time scheduled for programming the robots to perform more complex maneuvers — watch the Sentinel for updates.
