Dollar General’s agent, Rhetson Companies LLC, has submitted a site plan application for a 10,640 square foot Dollar General store in Topping at 2022 Greys Point Road (Route 3) at the intersection of Dirt Bridge Road. The parcel is zoned General Business and was formerly the site of a travel agency that was housed in the beige house that is still on the parcel.
The site plan will be the subject of a public hearing by the Middlesex Planning Commission on Thursday, Feb. 8, at 7 p.m. in the Middlesex County Historic Courthouse at 865 General Puller Highway in Saluda. Copies of the application are available for inspection at the planning department in Saluda.
