On Jan. 15 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Christ Church Parish Fellowship Hall, a fun and educational hands-on event for youngsters interested in learning the basics of robotics will be presented. While assembling a robot car they will learn how robots work and also gain an appreciation for the increasingly important roles robots play in our everyday lives.
This event is free and best suited for boys and girls ages 12 to 15 with no prior robotics experience. Advance registration no later than Jan. 11 is necessary so that organizers can have robots ready to assemble and plan for lunch and snacks.
