The Middlesex High School (MHS) Charger wrestling team had two grapplers to place in the Cosby High School Invitational in Midlothian on Saturday, Dec. 9.
Rowan Anderson and Christian McMeechan both finished sixth in the 190-pound weight class. During Anderson’s third match, his opponent accidentally poked him in the eye. He won his first two matches losing the next three.
The Chargers hosted the Franklin, Westmoreland and King & Queen Central teams on Wednesday, Dec. 13, and will compete in the Lancaster Invitational on Saturday, Dec. 16, at Lancaster High School starting at 8 a.m.
