Patricia Dorothy Ferguson Feurer, born on May 9, 1932, in Tampa, Fla., graced this world with her warmth and kindness until she peacefully departed from her home in Gloucester, surrounded by her adoring family, on Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2023.
Her life was a testament to love, dedication, and unwavering support for those she cherished.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Letrecia ‘TC’ Moore of Deltaville; her brother, Thomas R. Ferguson of Jacksonville, Fla.; and son-in-law, James F. Clements, of Gloucester.
Patricia Dorothy Ferguson Feurer’s legacy of love, selflessness, and dedication will forever be cherished by her loving husband, Walter; her children, Teresa Clements (James), Cynthia Thomas (George), Walter E. Feurer Jr. (Amy); her son-in-law, David Moore (TC); her sister-in-law, Elizabeth Ferguson (Thomas) of Jacksonville, Fla.; as well as nieces and nephews.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Ronald Haggerty and the Riverside Hospice staff for their compassionate care shown to Patricia during her final days.
Services are planned for 2 p.m., Monday, Dec. 11 at Bellamy United Methodist Church, Gloucester. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to service.
