Before you start planning for Santa Claus and resurrecting your Christmas tree, you will want to join family and friends and come out to see the live manger scene as Christ Church Parish (Episcopal) celebrates the birth of Jesus. The living Nativity event is set for 5-7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 8, off General Puller Highway (Route 33) at Route 638 in Christchurch. The rain date is Dec. 15.
