John Baulch “J.B.” Corpening, 77, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2023.
John was born June 30, 1946, in Richmond, to the late, Teddy G. Corpening and Mary Baulch Corpening.
John grew up on his family’s farm located in Hanover. He moved to Deltaville as a young adult and became a very active member of Zoar Baptist Church.
Mr. Corpening was preceded in death by both of his parents and his sister, Connie.
He is survived by many distant cousins on both sides of his family.
A funeral service is planned for 3 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 19 at Zoar Baptist Church in Deltaville. Interment will follow at Philippi Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Faulkner Funeral Home, Bristow-Faulkner Chapel, Saluda will be assisting the family.
