The Middlesex Elementary School’s (MES) Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) invites you to stop by their booth at this year’s Urbanna Oyster Festival on Nov. 3 and 4. The booth will be located on Community Row, Site 35. They are excited to use this opportunity to spearhead their new playground renovation initiative. The MES PTO’s booth will have great information on how the community can get involved, an activity for children, a raffle drawing and a donation box.
“We are excited about teaming up with MES in the worthy and much needed cause,” said MES PTO President Mary Lorenzino.
“The Urbanna Oyster Festival will be our kickoff initiative! We encourage families, organizations and businesses to consider helping us to purchase new equipment.
“A Community Donors Plaque will be added to the new playground areas where monetary-tiered donors’ names will be included.”
