State Sen. Richard Stuart, R-Dist. 28, will talk informally and give remarks to Middlesex County GOP members and their guests at the Piankatank River Golf Club in Hartfield on Saturday, Oct. 7, at 6:30 p.m. Stuart is running for re-election and hopes to help regain a Republican majority in Richmond’s General Assembly on Nov. 7 Election Day. His Democratic opponent is Jolicia Ward.
“This Red, White & Blue Meet and Greet the Candidates event may be the first opportunity most of voters in Middlesex County have the chance to meet our Sen. Stuart,” said Patti Taylor, current vice chairman of the Middlesex County Republican Committee. “I understand he is a great speaker and very charismatic.”
