Chesapeake Bay Croquet Club (CBCC), 1834 Twiggs Ferry Road, Hartfield, will host the 2023 Golf Croquet Nationals Sept. 18-24.
The CBCC and the United States Croquet Association (USCA) “have worked hard to make the 2023 Golf Croquet Nationals the most affordable national croquet tournament in a long time,” said CBCC President Macey White.
The entry fee is $250 and players get seven days of highly competitive play, said White. Most, if not all of these games will be single banked.
“Courts will be prepared for high level competitive play every day and the CBCC facility will be open and available to players and guests 24/7,” he said.
The club will offer daily lunch service, along with organized nightly trips to restaurants and a steamed crab, pulled pork and fried chicken feast on Saturday night. Items for the feast will be sold a la carte.
A practice round will be offered Sept. 17.
