Tidewater Oyster Gardening Association (TOGA) will man a special information tent 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, May 27, at the market on the grounds of Deltaville Maritime Museum. TOGA reps will provide free information for adults and children to learn to grow your own oysters and how they help improve the health of the Chesapeake Bay. Vendors will sell spat and floats at the event. Sign up for related courses by emailing czulick@verizon.net. The course provides everything you need to start your own oyster garden. Seaglass Wines, a major supporter of TOGA, will sponsor a free wine tasting at the TOGA tent. (Contributed)
