Christian band Jubal, including, from left, Charles Dunlevy, Sandra Dize and David Valadez will again serve as music headliners for the annual Urbanna community Memorial Day observance, which is set for 11 a.m. Monday, May 29 at the Urbanna Town Marina at 210 Oyster Road. Del. Keith Hodges, R-Urbanna, will be the keynote speaker, and there will be special patriotic presentations and prayers. Memorial Day honors service members who died while serving in the military.
