Lloyd C. Apsley, 89, of Topping, passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at his residence.
He retired in 1991 from the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority as a district supervisor.
Lloyd was the son of the late Deward C. and Ruby Hall Apsley and was also predeceased by a brother, John P. Apsley.
The family extended a special thank you to the wonderful ladies that cared for him, KaDesha Lee, Michelle Lee, Minnie Evans, Elaine Henry and Patsy Lawson.
The funeral service is planned for 2 p.m. Saturday, April 22 at Harmony Grove Baptist Church. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to the Harmony Grove Baptist Church Cemetery Fund. Arrangements by Faulkner Funeral Homes, Bristow-Faulkner Chapel, Saluda.
