The Middlesex High School (MHS) Charger baseball team (3-1) split last week losing to Essex High School, 9-2 on Tuesday, March 21, and beating Lancaster, 7-6, on Friday, March 24.
“Against Essex, we hit the ball well but it was right to people the whole game,” said MHS Coach John Robins.
This week the Chargers hosted Rappahannock on Tuesday, March 28, will visit Nandua at Lancaster on Friday, March 31 at 4:30 p.m.; will host Northumberland, Saturday, April 1 at 11 a.m.; and will visit West Point Tuesday, April 11 at 6 p.m.
