Immanuel Baptist Church (IBC) in Saluda is planning a celebration of the fifth anniversary of its pastor, the Rev. Dr. John C. Wright Jr. The celebration is set for 11 a.m. Sunday, March 26, as part of the morning service. The Rev. Dr. Karen Wells of Little Zion Baptist Church in Williamsburg will deliver The Preached Word as part of the service. Music will be provided by IBC Choir.
The celebration continues with a 3 p.m. service featuring the Rev. Bradley Holmes, the pastor of St. Paul Baptist Church in Gloucester. The Rev. Holmes will deliver The Word. Music will be provided by St. Paul Baptist Church Choir.
IBC continues to keep its COVID-19 protocols in place. These include practicing social distancing, wearing masks and using sanitizers.
