The topic for the fourth 2023 Great Decisions lecture series program will be Politics in Latin America and it will feature Christopher Newport University Dean of the College of Social Sciences Tatiana Rizova. The free, in-person lecture is set for 10 a.m.-noon Friday, Feb. 24, at the Deltaville Community Association building at 17147 General Puller Highway (Route 33).
Tatiana Rizova is Dean of the College of Social Sciences at Christopher Newport University. She received a Ph.D. in Political Science from UCLA with a concentration in comparative politics and international relations.
To learn more, the 2023 Great Decisions briefing book, which provides an article written by prominent experts on each topic, is available for purchase for $25 at the Deltaville and Urbanna branches of the Middlesex County Public Library system and at each Friday meeting.
