The Middlesex County Board of Supervisors (MCBS) conducted its annual organizational meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 3, and for the second year in a row the board elected Lud Kimbrough as chairman.
Saluda District Supervisor Don Harris was newly elected vice chairman. He replaces 2022 Vice Chairman John Koontz. Both votes were unanimous.
