Hank (Trainor) Roden, a fine arts photographer living in Saluda, will be among the featured artists at the Mysticale Magicale Faire in White Stone on Saturday, Oct. 22.
The Renaissance-style, family-oriented event is produced by the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Rappahannock (UUFR), on James Wharf Road.
Photography was an avocation for Roden throughout his career in journalism and public affairs in both New York and Washington, D.C. He turned his love of photography and the water into a retirement career and lifestyle when he and his wife left the city for Rivah Country. Roden worked out of his studio in Urbanna and “shot” around the area and beyond.
It will be a lively day for arts and crafts, food, music and other family-centered entertainment. Event hours are from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission at the door is $10.
