Barbara Haynes, left, trustee for the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Rappahannock’s (UUFR)’s Servetus Endowment, presents a check recently to Sue Nunn, program director of the Strings Crewe for the Rappahannock Concert Association. The Strings Crewe provides free instruments and lessons to young area string musicians (violin, viola and cello). For those ages 6 to 12, the program falls within the mission of the Servetus Endowment. UUFR members meet at 10:30 a.m. every Sunday at their church at 366 James Wharf Road in White Stone.
