Middlesex schools welcome 17 new teachers, staffers

Middlesex County Public Schools (MCPS) announced last week the addition of 17 new teachers, a guidance counselor, and a gifted coordinator for the 2022-2023 school year. These teachers and faculty, along with veteran MCPS faculty and staff welcomed students on Monday, Aug. 22.

New division-wide position

Macy Swift comes to MCPS as the gifted education coordinator. She previously taught in Gloucester County as a second grade teacher. She has a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Liberal Studies, a master’s degree in Teaching, and a K-12 Gifted Education Endorsement.
