The Deltaville Maritime Museum (DMM) and Holly Point Nature Park move into the heart of their 2022 events season on Saturday, July 23 with live music by David Moran starting at 10 a.m.
The soul sound of the Steve Bassett Band will take us away for a Groovin’ in the Park tour of “Virginia in the Springtime” as this top ranked singer and songwriter takes the Groovin’ stage from 6-8 p.m. after the 4 p.m. 20th anniversary reception with Clayton Neal.
It’s Holly Point Market 9 a.m.-1 p.m. followed by the Groovin’ in the Park concert 5-8 p.m. More than 30 vendors in arts, crafts, photographs, peanuts, one-of- a-kinds and much more line the shady arbors of the park.
The full bar will be open featuring Bloody Marys and mimosas. Come by and say, “Hi!”
If you are a vendor and would like to participate in the Holly Point Market, call the DMM office or check out our online application on our website at www.deltavillemuseum.com. Deltaville Maritime Museum and Holly Point Nature Park, a volunteer, all-donation, nonprofit organization, is located in Deltaville at 287 Jackson Creek Road.
