The Middlesex County Public Library (MCPL) system’s children’s Summer Reading Program continues through July! On Thursday, July 14, bring your child to the Middlesex Family YMCA at 2 p.m. to see the TaleWise performance of “Pirates: Lost at Sea.” TaleWise combines storytelling and science to engage children of all ages.
In “Pirates: Lost at Sea,” children will explore the science behind clouds, physical and chemical changes, air pressure, and more. The performance is free and open to the public.
MCPL is happy to partner with the Middlesex Family YMCA again this summer to bring great educational performers to the area. Check out the MCPL website or stop by the Deltaville or Urbanna branch libraries for a full schedule of storytimes and events.
