The Middlesex Major All Star Softball team battled hard, but was eliminated from the tournament. They were a little nervous the first game and lost 20-4 to Lancaster. The second game, against Essex, the girls came out on fire and went into the sixth inning leading 8 to 4 but had a tough last inning and fell short 15-9.
“The girls showed a lot of growth this year. I’m excited to see what the future holds for them next season,” said Coach Charles Holmes.
