MHS tennis girls finish regular play with 10-1-1  record

The Middlesex High School (MHS) varsity girls tennis team finished its regular season last week as Tidewater District Champions with 10 wins, 1 loss, and 1 tie with a 7-0 win over Northumberland.

MHS No. 1 singles player, Maddie Green, ends her regular season undefeated with a record of 12-0.

The MHS No. 1 doubles team of Green and Virginia Reinhardt, also went undefeated with a record of 11-0.

Middlesex won all its singles matches versus Northumberland.

Middlesex also won all its doubles matches versus the Indian girls.

The regional singles tournament is set for Thursday, May 26, and the doubles tournament is set for Friday, May 27. Both will be played at Mathews.
