Middlesex High School’s (MHS) girls tennis team (4-1, 1-0) dominated its Northern Neck opponent Monday, rolling over Northumberland 9-0 in home action. The Indian girls are a first year team with all first year players. To make things even more challenging for Northumberland, it only had three players for the match, so the Indian girls had to forfeit five matches.

The Charger girls won all the singles matches played in straight sets.

The MHS team took on Mathews at home Wednesday. Results were unavailable at press time. The Charger girls take on Essex at 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, in away action.
