Middlesex Elementary School (MES) will conduct kindergarten registration by appointment on Wednesday, April 27. Parents/guardians of children who will be 5 years of age by Sept. 30 can schedule an appointment online by visiting the Middlesex County Public Schools website at mcps.k12.va.us. Click on the link to schools and then Middlesex Elementary School. The registration page can be found under “Quick Links.”
Appointments can also be scheduled by visiting the MES Facebook page. Items required for registration include the child’s original birth certificate, proof of residence (lease, deed or mortgage statement and current utility bill), school entrance physical examination, immunization record and any other pertinent information, such as custody papers.
