MHS hoop girls 0-8, will “put the work in” over break to improve

by Tom Chillemi –

The Middlesex High School Lady Charger basketball team dropped three games last week to run its record to 0-8 before the Christmas break. The young squad has shown signs of improvement on occasion, but their inconsistency have plagued them on each occasion, said Head Coach Neil Wake. “We need to string together four quarters of play. We have made it as far as three quarters, but just don’t finish games.

“We have a lot to work on over the break and if we put the work in it should show up on the court.”
