Vincent C. Palmer, 72, of Quinton, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his father,
Lumuel C. Palmer; and mother, Mildred Culliton Palmer.
Vincent worked as a printer for William Byrd Press (Cadmus).
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Wendy Christian Palmer; son, Christopher Palmer; daughters, Christie Guichard, Jennifer Walton, and Melissa Beth Palmer; grandchildren, Coty, Christian, Emily, Lyric, and Aniya; great-grandchildren, Johnathan, Rhaven, Jaxson, Anna, Isabella, Cole, and Tabitha; sister, Janine Boughton; and numerous extended family members and friends.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, Nov. 24 from 10 to noon at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, where a service will immediately follow at noon. Interment will be private in Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery.
