The September Urbanna Yard of the Month award went to Jean and Jim Hill, who live at the corner of Cross Street and Taylor Avenue. They are joined by Urbanna Councilor Marjorie Austin, center, who spearheaded the program. She said she hopes the Yard of the Month program will encourage other town residents to spiff up their yards.
