Registration for fall Dragon Run paddle trips opened this week. The paddle trips are conducted by Friends of Dragon Run (FODR) in the fall, spring, and summer, weather permitting.
This year’s fall paddle season on Dragon Run will begin on Oct. 21 and end on Nov. 7. Trips will be conducted on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and each trip will accommodate eight guests.
Jeff Wright, FODR president, noted, “This is an exceptional time of year to visit Dragon Run. The days are still warm and the autumn foliage is stunning, especially where the trees arch across the water creating a cathedral effect.”
