Season now open for 241 Baseball

The 241 Baseball League kicked off its regular season on July 12 and has games scheduled to last until Sept. 28 with players involved from seven area localities.

All regular season games will be played either at Deltaville Ballpark in Deltaville or on the Dream Fields in Lancaster County near Kilmarnock.

Last week, the two Middlesex teams in the league played one another in Deltaville. The^ game was rained out in the fourth inning with the All-Middlesex player team having a 7-0 lead over the other Middlesex team, which has some players from other areas, said League Director^ Joey Fitchett. The game will be completed later in the season.
