The Middlesex County Board of Supervisors voiced concern at its regular May meeting that drivers are not slowing down in work areas along General Puller Highway (Route 33), including at this work zone in Saluda. This is creating dangerous situations for men working just a few feet from traffic. County Administrator Matt Walker asked that the public “slow down” when approaching a work area.
