It is with great sadness that it is announced that Charles Roger “Charlie” Brown of Shacklefords passed away on Friday, April 23, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Boyz and Lorraine Brown; and a sister, Gloria Smith. Charles is survived by his wife of 64 wife, Alvine; son, Jeffery Brown (Angela) of Winchester; granddaughter, Kristen Brown of Barhamsville; sister, Brenda Davis of Bena; step-grandson, Tyler Mawyer of Winchester; special extended family, Keith, Patricia, Thomas Williams; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service is planned for Saturday, May 1 at Forest Chapel United Methodist Church, 316 Forest Chapel Road, Saluda.
